[RECIPE] Super Immune Boost Juice


Oranges, turmeric and ginger are three traditional ingredients used in most recipes and remedies aimed at providing extra immune support.

All of these ingredients are rich in vitamin C, have anti-inflammatory properties and are loaded with antioxidants to deliver everything you need to beat colds and flu this winter!

Ingredients

  • 3 large oranges, peeled
  • 5 cm piece of fresh ginger root
  • 7 cm piece of fresh turmeric
  • Ice cubes

Turmeric contains curcumin, a bioactive compound that has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a potent antioxidant.

Method

  1. Juice the ingredients, starting with the ginger, followed by the turmeric and finally the oranges.
  2. Fill a glass with ice, and pour the juice.
  3. Serve immediately.
